All work produced by izzonDesign will remain strictly confidential unless expressed intent is authorized otherwise for promotional purposes.

TERMS OF USE – izzonDesign reserves the right to accept or deny any request based solely on content. This includes and is not limited to materials that are offensive, threatening, obscene, abusive or rogue, are protected by copyrights or trade secrets, or are against international, federal, state or local laws.

IMPROPER USE – As a condition of service, you agree not to use hosted sites for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions. You will not be entitled to any refund if a termination occurs for these reasons, nor will izzon Design be held liable for loss of revenue directly or indirectly attributed to such action.
